BROTHERHOOD OF THE QUARTER MILE
The Brotherhood of the Quarter Mile program is a loose network of drag racers (present and past) and performance industry leaders who are supporting the efforts of the Quarter Mile Foundation (QMF) and the PROJECT 1320 documentary film series about the history of drag racing and the performance parts aftermarket.
Membership in the "brotherhood" is by invitation from a "lodge brother," and acceptance of the invitation is accompanied by a donation to the Quarter Mile Foundation, and then by extending an invitation to the "invitee's" friends who meet the standards outlined below to join the group.
"To Pay It Forward" Membership in this band of "brothers" is simple.
You need to be a former or an active drag race competitor, a crew person for a race team (past or present)
or a past or present member of manufacturer's race support team. That's it.
As with other forms of financial support to the Foundation, the donation the Brotherhood invitee makes is
tax deductable for the tax year in which it was made.
