February 20 , 2010 - For Immediate Release
Traci Hrudka, Chairman of Quarter Mile Entertainment Foundation will be interviewed on RaceTalkRadio.com at 7:00 PM ,
Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, March 9.
Quarter Mile Entertainment Foundation, producers of the PROJECT 1320 documentary series about drag racing history has been
provided space at the famed OíReilly Auto Parts Detroit Autorama presented by Meguirís, held at the Cobo Center in the heart
of downtown Detroit, February 26-28.
Graciously providing the Quarter Mile Entertainment Foundation with display space is ìTop Hatî John Jendza, who will be displaying
his acclaimed 1949 Cadillac ìBad Cad Zeu$î on the main show floor. Jendza, of Mt. Clemens, Mich., is a well-known automotive and
drag racing historian, and a hard-core hot rodder.
Jendza, in collaboration with Detroit Autorama event chairman, Dick Forton, worked to secure the space for the Foundation.
Traci Hrudka, Foundation Chairman said, ìThe Foundation truly appreciates the effort that Dick and John put forth to afford us the
opportunity to tell the PROJECT 1320 story to the legions of hot rod and racing enthusiasts who attend this legendary event every year.
ìWe are very certain weíll see tremendous support from the crowd. Many attendees worked with a number of the drag racing legends from
the Detroit area (on both sides of the border), and watched racing history unfold at the Detroit Dragway, Milan Dragway, U.S. 131, Motor
City, Nicks 41, Mid-Michigan, and strips in Michigan, plus surrounding states. We look forward to a great weekend!î
The Detroit Autorama comes on the heels of a highly successful weekend at the 50th Annual NHRA Winternationals (February 12-14) at Pomona,
Calif., where the PROJECT 1320 display was a very busy spot in the ìGolden 50 Corralî area with many iconic race cars and drivers.
