A message to all members of Project 1320
Members,
Quarter Mile Foundation just back in from the NHRA 60th Anniversary Gator Nationals gained 18 additional interviews for its Project 1320 "Crusade".
With the support of Mondello Engineering, World Products, Drag Race Legend Joe Amato as well as many additional drag racing fans we were able to interview luminaries such as: Ray Godman, Jim Head, Eileen Daniels, Barbara Hamilton, Jim Read, Marvin Graham, Don Hampton, James King, Jim Walther, Joe Mondello, Roger Gustin, Tommy TC Lemmons, Herman Petersen, Dale Funk, Dale Emery, Dick LaHaie, Bob Stange and Rich Guasco.
Quarter Mile Foundation's next goal is to continue our "Crusade" to interview pioneers at the NHRA 60th Anniversary celebration in Charlotte, NC at Zmax Dragway. To accomplish this "Crusade" we need your support, the event is one month away and preparations are being made to make this a "Winning Crusade". With your support we can continue to document the history of our pioneers that is by far long overdue.
Please help us refill our fuel tank so we do not miss out on the wonderful opportunity to create a historical picture of our past to share with the future.
All donations are tax deductible and can be made directly on our website at www.project1320.com or by mail to: Quarter Mile Foundation 6210 Beverly Dr. Cleveland, OH 44130. Thank you in advance for your support and belief in a truly dynamic endeavor!
